Other program fees may be billed hourly, at a day rate, or structured as a percentage of sales, or based on number of items delivered. Coaching/Office Hours - We view our clients as partners and want to invest in you by providing in-depth feedback, coaching, mentoring and support in the areas of: Product, Production/Process, Pricing, Placement and Promotion. Sessions range from 30 minutes to several hours and are delivered on-line, face-to-face and through our partner organizations.
Innovate in 48 - This program is a highly focused analysis of a specific part of your business to identify 1-2 actionable areas of improvement and/or growth. The process includes pre-meeting homework for the client, 2 hours of on-site or on-line discussion and a deliverable with feedback, analysis, and 1-2 opportunities for improvement and/or growth delivered within 48 hours of our meeting.
Feedback Session - This program provides professional feedback on a specific area of your business. You will complete questionnaires and supply specific photos. You will receive a written report with 1-2 opportunities for improvement and/or growth. Topics include: product, brand, price, e-commerce, social media.
Store Analysis Packages - Success starts with your floor.The Packages provide a Front to Back, Top to Bottom analysis that will identify opportunities to draw customers deep into and through the store.
